HIR-200Y Series Human Crematorium features a compact footprint and adopts the latest triple combustion technology, providing a robust structure and making it suitable for convenient outdoor installation while ensuring emissions comply with environmental regulations.

The equipment is equipped with a smooth, corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior and an automatic push-pull loading bed, which safely transfers the deceased into a fully sealed combustion chamber.

The primary combustion chamber operates at 800–1000°C, utilizing oxygen-enriched air preheated to 300°C to achieve efficient combustion and remove most of the flue gas.

The remaining exhaust gas then enters a specially designed secondary combustion chamber, where it undergoes thorough mixing, collision, and decomposition to reduce pollutants. When the flue gas temperature is below 700°C, the burner provides auxiliary combustion; when the temperature exceeds 700°C, oxygen-enriched self-sustaining combustion is activated.

Finally, the exhaust gas passes through the gas passage and underground flue for complete flameless combustion before being discharged cleanly by the induced draft fan.
