No. Our PVDF membranes have a lifespan of 5-8 years. The system is fully automated; the PLC automatically performs online cleaning (backwashing). You only need to perform a simple offline chemical cleaning approximately every 3-6 months (we provide guidance), no professional personnel required.
The main energy consumption of MBR comes from the aeration blower. Our system uses intelligent intermittent aeration and high-efficiency membrane modules, which saves about 20-30% of energy compared to traditional processes.
