The wastewater first enters the septic tank where large suspended solids and sediments are preliminarily separated. The wastewater then flows into the regulating pool to stabilize water quality and flow rate before biological treatment.
After equalization, the wastewater enters the anoxic pool where denitrification begins under low-oxygen conditions. The partially treated wastewater then flows into the MBBR biological reaction tank.
Inside the MBBR tank, biofilm carriers provide a large surface area for microorganisms to grow and efficiently remove organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen, and other contaminants through aerobic biological treatment.
The mixed liquor subsequently enters the clarifier where sludge and treated water are separated. Part of the activated sludge is returned to the biological treatment system for continuous microbial activity, while excess sludge is discharged to the sludge pool for further treatment.
The treated water then passes through UV disinfection or chlorination before entering the clean water tank and being discharged according to environmental standards.
The system adopts automatic sludge reflux and nitrification liquid reflux to improve nitrogen removal efficiency and ensure stable effluent quality.
