For an accurate quote, please provide: 1. Water volume (Flow Rate, m³/h) 2. Water source type (Water Type, e.g., river water, mining wastewater) 3. Inlet TSS concentration (Inlet TSS, mg/L) 4. Required outlet TSS concentration (Outlet TSS, mg/L) 5. Material preference (Material preference, e.g., SS304 or Carbon Steel).
It depends on your particles. For very fine or colloidal particles (such as clay), we strongly recommend the use of a flocculation system and the addition of PAC/PAM to achieve the best sedimentation effect. We can integrate the flocculation tank with the Lamela host.
It's very simple. With no moving parts, daily maintenance only requires: 1. Observing the outlet water quality 2. Opening the bottom valve to drain mud as needed (automatically or manually).
Standard models usually take 25-30 days. Large customized models take 35-45 days.
