Customized HID-200 Top-Loading Poultry Incinerator Ready for Shipment to Poland

Huariton has completed the production and factory testing of a customized HID-200 top-loading incinerator for a customer in Poland. The equipment will be installed at a poultry farm to support the safe on-site disposal of diseased and dead birds.

During the final inspection, our technical team checked the furnace structure, top-opening loading door, combustion system, burners, control components, and operating stability. The unit successfully completed its trial run and met the project’s delivery requirements.

Designed as a practical poultry incinerator, the HID-200 features a large top-loading opening that makes it easier to place poultry carcasses into the combustion chamber. This configuration is well suited to farm operations that need an efficient dead poultry disposal incinerator for routine mortality management and disease-control procedures.

By processing carcasses directly on the farm, the customer can reduce the need to store or transport biological waste. Timely incineration also supports poultry farm biosecurity by helping limit contact between potentially infected carcasses, farm personnel, vehicles, and the surrounding environment.

Following the successful production test, this customized animal carcass incinerator is now being prepared for protective packing and shipment to Poland. The project demonstrates Huariton’s ability to provide application-focused poultry farm waste incinerator solutions for livestock and poultry operations.
